Hello Folks!
It's an MPA Week! Symphonic Band, let's get ready to throw down on Saturday!
Great Job to everyone so far! I've received nothing but positive words and affirmations from our Thursday Prism Concert, as well as Saturday's JU Jazz Fest. As I'm typing this just after our performance at First Assembly Macclenny, I've also received tons of compliments and good vibes! We've been working really hard, and I'm proud of your hard work and effort!
Keep working hard!
As a reminder, Parents and Students-- Commitment Night is coming up QUICK!!! Don't forget about the $150 Band Dues payment due at Commitment Night on April 18th at 6:30pm. There is more information about Commitment Night and Band Camp below.
Weekly Walkthrough
Monday, we have a Leadership Monday from 3pm to 5 pm. If you are interested in Percussion, the Percussion meeting is also today at 6pm. You need to be here with a parent. Majorette clinics are also ongoing.
Tuesday, we have Symphonic Band Rehearsal from 3pm to 5pm. Majorette clinics are also ongoing.
Wednesday, we HAD a Leadership Monday-- I'm canceling this meeting. Majorette clinics are also ongoing.
Thursday, we have Symphonic Band Rehearsal from 3pm to 5pm. Majorette clinics are also ongoing.
Friday, we have the Orange Blossom Jazz Festival. The itinerary can be found HERE.

Band Commitment Night is on April 18th, 2025! All students (and their parent[s]/ guardian[s]) who intend to be a part of the High School Band for the 2025-26 School Year need to be in attendance!

Percussion Mandatory Meeting
Professional Staff Change
Mr. Forrest Elledge has informed me of his decision to step down from his role as Front Ensemble Director. I want to take a moment to extend my heartfelt gratitude for the dedication, passion, and hard work he has poured into our percussion program. His contributions have played a significant role in the growth and success of our section, and we are truly thankful for the impact he has made.
Looking ahead, I’m pleased to share that Mrs. CeCe Snyder will be stepping into the role of Percussion Director, in addition to continuing her work as Visual Director. We’re excited for the leadership and vision she brings to both areas as we move forward.
