Who: All Wind Ensemble Members (including Percussion) and up to 5 Chaperones
Attire: Please dress 'nicer'. We are visiting a college campus, and how you dress will reflect both on how you are perceived and on how our school is perceived. No T-Shirts/ Sweatpants/ Leggings/ Excessively Casual wear.
You Will Need: Your Instrument (We don't need to carry large percussion, but we will need sticks), Music, and other items necessary to rehearse. Also, BRING QUESTIONS! Think of questions you may have pertaining to College, FSU, the College of Music, the Marching Chiefs, or the Concert we will be attending that evening. The tour will be an amazing opportunity to ask questions!
Proposed Itinerary:
Call Time: 8:00am @ BCHS
Bus Leaves: 8:15am
Arrive at FSU: approx 10:30am
Full Band Rehearsal: 11:00am
Lunch on Campus: 1:00pm
Sectionals with FSU Students: 2:00pm
College of Music Lecture and Tour: 3:00pm
Dinner at Governor's Mall: 5:00pm
(Bring $$$ to eat and shop.)
Festival of New Music Concert @ Ruby Diamond Hall: 7:30pm
Depart FSU: approx 9:00pm
Return BCHS: approx. 11:30pm
