Itinerary for EOY Trip '26

March 14th- 15th, 2026

There is no Remind this year, THIS Band App will be used instead.

Students as a security protocol, while at Disney, you must be in groups no larger than 7 and no smaller than 5. Please fill out THIS FORM to choose your groups.

Attire: Students will be provided with two trip shirts!!! Come in your Band Shirt on Saturday morning and you'll change into the RED trip shirt. You should bring shorts and tennis shoes! These will be long, hot days with A LOT of walking. Don't underestimate the elements! Dress for comfort! Also consider bringing a backpack or string backpack for your water bottle (provided).

Special Notes:

• Due to some issues with contraband being brought on previous trips, all bags will be searched before boarding the bus at BCHS. This includes, but is not limited to drugs or drug paraphernalia like vapes, or household items like candles.

• Disney is not a cashless park, but it is often easier to use a card or Apple Pay/ Samsung Pay.

• You will need to take some time to review the property rules, policies, and regulations.

Additional Safety:

• There will be at least 12 Chaperones/ Staff present.

• At Hotel, doors will be taped shut and adult chaperones will take turns to monitor student rooms throughout the night. (Students who violate policy and leave room without just cause will be sent home immediately).

• Students will wear matching Trip Shirts.

• Chaperones will have contact information available, and can directly contact band director

Food:

• Light Fare (Doughnuts, Muffins, Fruit, ect..) will be provided before buses load on Morning 1

• Breakfast on Morning 2 is provided at Rue De Paris.

• Student Rooms will be provided with water.

• Students will have $65 dining card to use between both days for lunch and dinner (That's $65 total for the two days-- if your child can eat more than $65 worth of food at Disney, give them more money; but avoid cash, as many snack kiosks have gone cashless)

Itinerary:

Day One

• 4:30am- Call Time at BCHS Band Room

• 5:00am- Depart for Orlando, FL

• (Approx) 7:00am- Band Stops at Buc-ee's Daytona

• (Approx) 7:30am- Resume Trip to Disney

• (Approx) 9:00am- Band Arrives at Disney's All Star Music Resort (Drops Luggage)

• (Approx) 9:30am- Band takes Disney Buses to Magic Kingdom

• 10:00am- Have Fun at Magic Kingdom! (Bring $$$ for Souvenirs)

• (Photo Check- Ins throughout day)

• 9:00pm- Meet near Cinderella's Castle for Fireworks

• (Approx) 10:00pm- Arrive at Hotel

• 11:00pm- Lights Out!

Day Two

• 6:00am- Rise and Shine ⏰/ Finish Packing!

• 6:45am- Meet in Lobby and Store Luggage at Resort

• 7:00am- Band takes Disney Buses to EPCOT

• 8:00am- Meet Guides at the Entrance of EPCOT

• 8:15am- Guides will escort us to Rue De Paris for Breakfast and to ride Remy's Ratatouille Adventure

• 9:45am- Have Fun at EPCOT!

• 6:00pm- Gather at Designated Checkpoint to get Load Bus

• (Approx) 7:30pm- Depart from Resort to head home.

• (Approx) 9:00pm- Band Stops at Buc-ee's St. Augustine

• (Approx) 9:30pm- Resume Trip to BCHS (GO TO BED!)

• (Approx) 10:30pm- Arrive at BCHS
