This is your weekly MUSIC DEPARTMENT update!
Hello Folks!
This will be your LAST regular weekly update until we get closer to the 22-23 School Year.
We've made it to the end of the year, folks! Congratulations to everyone for making this school year something extra special. What a band we've become! I hope everyone is proud of the work they've put in.
You'll finally have an opportunity to get some rest (but you should still keep practicing over the summer!) If you have questions about taking private lessons, come have a conversation with me, and we can find people for you to learn from and continue to grow!
Also, keep an eye on the band calendar this summer, as we have "Y'all Come" rehearsals (if you are in town and not doing anything, then "y'all come" to this rehearsal) scheduled throughout June. Some of them have pizza involved!!!
Here is some information about next year's marching band. Everyone should read up if you haven't by now!
It has been a pleasure and a joy working with everyone this year, and I'm so fervently awaiting to work with everyone again! Have a great summer!
