Concert MPA is at Lincoln Middle School, 1001 SE 12th St, Gainesville, FL 32641
4:00pm- Call Time
4:30pm- Bus Leaves
Approx. 5:30pm- Arrival at Lincoln Middle School
5:30pm- Pizza Dinner with BCMS Symphonic Band
6:30pm- Watch Bands (Freedom Crossing Academy, Lake Butler Middle, and Baker County Symphonic)
8:30pm- Symphonic Band quickly travel to assemble instruments
8:45am- Symphonic Band Warm Up/ Wind Ensemble with Chaperones in Auditorium
9:15pm- Symphonic Band Performance Time
9:45pm- Symphonic Sight Reading Time
Approx 10:15pm- Leave Lincoln Middle School for BCHS
Approx 11:15pm- Arrive at BCHS
