7:30am- Call Time
7:45am- Bus Leaves
Approx 8:45am- Arrival at Bartram Trail High School
9:00pm- Various Ensembles Warm Up/ Perform (You may wish to bring $$$ but there will not be much here to eat.)
Approx 11:00am- Pizza Lunch Arrives
12:00pm- Start Setting Up for Warm Up (Try to Warm Up on Stage)
12:30pm- Official Warm Up Time
1:00pm- Performance Time
Approx 2:15pm- Leave Howard Bishop Middle School
Approx 3:15pm- Arrive at BCHS
