Marching Music Performance Assessment Itinerary

If parents are paying with a card on site to leave plenty of time to scan the QR codes that will be available at the entrance to purchase their ticket through TeachTix so that they aren't stuck at the gate and run the risk of missing their child's performance.
THERE WILL ONLY BE A LIMITED ADDITIONAL WRISTBANDS FOR DESIGNATED CHAPERONES.
Itinerary:
Call Time/ Pasta Potluck: 8:00am @ BCHS
How Far I'll Go!: 8:15am
Senior Speeches: 8:30am (Around 5 minutes per senior)
Bus Leaves (Senior Wills Distributed on Bus Ride): 9:00am
Arrive at Bradford High School: approx. 9:40am
Watch Bands/ Eat Concessions/ Use Bathroom: 9:40am- 1:00pm
Uniform/ Stretch/ Visual Block: 1:00pm
Pit Warm Up: 2:15pm
Warm Up: 2:30pm
Pit Travel to Stadium: 3:10pm
Band Travel to Stadium: 3:15pm
At Gate: 3:25pm
Perform: 3:30pm
Leave Bradford: approx. 4:30pm
Arrive at BCHS: approx. 5:10pm
OUTSIDE FOOD (ESPECIALLY CATERED MEALS & TAILGATING) ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE CAMPUS OF BRADFORD HIGH SCHOOL.
HAPPY GRAMS INFO
Bradford High School will be selling Happy Grams this year but please make sure that the following stipulations will be strictly enforced:
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY REASON.
Happy Grams will be screened for appropriateness. Any message that is felt to be inappropriate by the announcer or the District Chair .WILL NOT BE READ!
Happy Grams that are written illegibly MAY NOT BE READ.
If any part of the message can be deemed as hard to pronounce, it is best to spell it out phonetically.
Happy Grams will be read in the order that they are received and up until the scheduled start of a school's performance time. Any Happy Grams not read by that point will be read at the conclusion of the performance BUT ONLY IF TIME ALLOWS. If there is time before ratings are read after the last performance, we will do our best to read any remaining happy grams (regardless of what school they are for) but no promises will be made that we will get to all of them.
