Marching Music Performance Assessment Itinerary

If parents are paying with a card on site to leave plenty of time to scan the QR codes that will be available at the entrance to purchase their ticket through TeachTix so that they aren't stuck at the gate and run the risk of missing their child's performance.

THERE WILL ONLY BE A LIMITED ADDITIONAL WRISTBANDS FOR DESIGNATED CHAPERONES.

Itinerary:

• Call Time/ Pasta Potluck: 8:00am @ BCHS

• How Far I'll Go!: 8:15am

• Senior Speeches: 8:30am (Around 5 minutes per senior)

• Bus Leaves (Senior Wills Distributed on Bus Ride): 9:00am

• Arrive at Bradford High School: approx. 9:40am

• Watch Bands/ Eat Concessions/ Use Bathroom: 9:40am- 1:00pm

• Uniform/ Stretch/ Visual Block: 1:00pm

• Pit Warm Up: 2:15pm

• Warm Up: 2:30pm

• Pit Travel to Stadium: 3:10pm

• Band Travel to Stadium: 3:15pm

• At Gate: 3:25pm

• Perform: 3:30pm

• Leave Bradford: approx. 4:30pm

• Arrive at BCHS: approx. 5:10pm

OUTSIDE FOOD (ESPECIALLY CATERED MEALS & TAILGATING) ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE CAMPUS OF BRADFORD HIGH SCHOOL.
