If parents are paying with a card on site to leave plenty of time to scan the QR codes that will be available at the entrance to purchase their ticket through TeachTix so that they aren't stuck at the gate and run the risk of missing their child's performance.
THERE WILL ONLY BE SEVEN ADDITIONAL WRISTBANDS FOR CHAPERONES.
Itinerary:
Call Time/ Pasta Potluck: 9:00am @ BCHS
Senior Speeches: 9:30am (Around 4 minutes per senior)
Bus Leaves (Senior Wills Distributed on Bus Ride): 12:30pm
Arrive at Santa Fe High School: approx. 1:30pm
Watch Bands/ Use Bathroom: 1:30pm- 3:00pm
Uniform/ Stretch/ Visual Block: 3:00pm
Pit Warm Up: 5:00pm
Warm Up: 5:15pm
Pit Travel to Stadium: 5:45pm
Band Travel to Stadium: 6:00pm
At Gate: 6:10pm
Perform: 6:15pm
Leave Santa Fe: approx. 8:00pm
Arrive at BCHS: approx. 9:00pm
OUTSIDE FOOD (ESPECIALLY CATERED MEALS & TAILGATING) ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE CAMPUS OF SANTA FE HIGH SCHOOL.
