Attire: Please bring light clothing for Busch Gardens! It can get really HOT! You should also consider bring Swimwear for the Hotel Pool, and other light attire to wear. You will likely need at least 3 or 4 outfits to wear.

Additional Safety:
There will be at least 7 Chaperones present.
At Hotel, doors will be taped shut and adult chaperones will take turns to monitor student rooms throughout the night. (Students who violate policy and leave room will be sent home immediately).
Students will wear brightly colored red shirts for Busch Gardens trip.
All Chaperones will have contact information available, and can directly contact band director
Food:
Light Fare (Doughnuts, Muffins, Fruit, ect..) will be provided before buses load on Morning 1
The Hotel provides free continental breakfast each morning.
Pizza is provided at Main Event.
Dinner is also provided at Ford's Garage on Night 1.
Students will be provided with an all day dining voucher at Busch Gardens on Day 2.
Pizza will be provided before departure on Day 3.

Day One
7:30am- Call Time at BCHS Band Room
8:00am- Depart for Main Event in Wesley Chapel, FL
(Approx) 10:00am- Band Stops at Marion County Rest Area
(Approx) 10:15am- Resume Trip to Main Event in Wesley Chapel, FL
(Approx) 11:30am- Band Arrives at Main Event in Wesley Chapel, FL
12:00pm- Have Fun at Main Event!
4:00pm- Coalesce and Gather Attendance/ Drive to Ford's Garage
5:00pm- Dinner at Ford's Garage
7:00pm- Depart for Hotel

7:10pm- Arrive at Hotel
8:00pm- Pool Time! 😎
10:00pm- Pool Closes! 😔

Day Two
7:30am- Actually Wake Up ⏰

9:15am- Depart for Busch Gardens

4:00pm- Gather at Designated Checkpoint for Check In

9:30pm- Gather at Designated Checkpoint to Get Attendance

Day Three
