Itinerary for Atlanta EOY Trip

May 2nd- 4th, 2025

EVERYONE GOING ON THE TRIP (including chaperones and instructors) Please fill out THIS FORM.

Attire: Students will be provided with TWO Trip Shirts (!!!) Wear your Black Trip Shirt on Saturday, and Wear your Red Trip Shirt on Sunday! Wear your 2025 Band Shirt on Friday. Bring nice attire (Business Casual) for Saturday Evening! You should also consider bringing Swimwear for the Hotel Pool, and other light attire to wear. You will likely need at 2 or 3 changes of pants/ shorts.

Additional Safety:

• There will be at least 12 Chaperones present.

• At Hotel, doors will be taped shut and adult chaperones will take turns to monitor student rooms throughout the night. (Students who violate policy and leave room without just cause will be sent home immediately).

• Students will wear matching Black Trip Shirts for Aquarium and MLK visits. Students will wear brightly colored red shirts for Six Flags trip.

• All Chaperones will have contact information available, and can directly contact band director

Food:

• Light Fare (Doughnuts, Muffins, Fruit, ect..) will be provided before buses load on Morning 1

• The Hotel provides free continental breakfast each morning.

• Chic- Fil- A Meal provided on Friday for Lunch

• A Dave and Busters open buffet is provided on Friday Night

• Lunch is also provided at Georgia Aquarium on Day 2 .

• Dinner is provided at Mary Mac's on Night 2

• Students will be provided with an all day dining voucher at Six Flags Over Georgia on Day 3.

• Student Rooms will be provided with "Snacky Items" and Drinks.

Itinerary:

Day One

• 5:30am- Call Time at BCHS Band Room

• 6:00am- Depart for World of Coke Atlanta, GA

• (Approx) 9:00am- Band Stops at Warner Robbins Buc-ee's

• (Approx) 9:20am- Resume Trip to World of Coke Atlanta, GA

• (Approx) 12:00pm- Band Arrives at Chic- Fil- A, Vine City

• 3:00pm- Have Fun at World of Coke! (Bring $$$ for Souvenirs)

• 4:45pm- Depart for Dave and Buster’s

• 5:20pm- Arrive at Dave and Buster's (Students will have a buffet selection: Flatbread Pizza (HALF CHEESE HALF PEPPERONI), Cheese Burger Sliders, Boneless Wings with Ranch, Garlic Butter Pretzel Sticks with Marinara, French Fries, Unlimited Soft Drinks! Identified students with allergies will be able to order off of a special allergen menu.)

• 9:00pm- Depart for Hotel

• (Approx) 9:30pm- Arrive at Hotel

• 11:00pm- Lights Out!

Day Two

• 6:30am- Actually Wake Up ⏰

• 7:00am- Rise and Shine/ Get Breakfast

• 7:45am- Depart for Georgia Aquarium

• (Approx) 9:00am- Arrive at Georgia Aquarium

• 12:00pm- Lunch at Georgia Aquarium (Coastline Cafe- you can eat anytime you want once cafe opens) ($25 meal voucher; The entire amount must be

  used in one purchase. No change will be given, and you will be responsible

  for any additional purchase over the $25.00 value.)

• 12:45pm- Load Bus for MLK

• 1:00pm- Depart for MLK

• (Approx) 1:15pm- Arrive at MLK

• 3:00pm- Depart for Hotel

• (Approx) 3:30pm- Arrive at Hotel- Change for Dinner and Symphony (Dress Nice!)

• (Approx) 4:30pm- Depart for Mary Mac's

• 5:00pm- Arrive at Mary Mac's

• 7:00pm- Depart for Atlanta Symphony

• 7:30pm- Arrive at Atlanta Symphony

• 8:00pm- Atlanta Symphony Begins!

• (Approx) 10:00pm- Depart for Hotel

• 10:30pm- Arrive at Hotel

• 11:30am- Lights Out!

Day Three

• 7:30am- Actually Wake Up ⏰

• 8:00am- Rise and Shine/ Get Breakfast/ Finish Packing!

• 10:00am- Depart for Six Flags

• (Approx) 10:30am- Arrive at Six Flags

• 11:00am- Park Opens

• 12:00pm- Enjoy LUNCH AND DINNER at the Park with the All Day Meal Pass

• 5:00pm- Gather at Designated Checkpoint to get Load Bus

• (Approx) 5:30pm- Depart for BCHS

• (Approx) 7:00pm- Band Stops at Warner Robbins Buc-ee's

• (Approx) 7:25pm- Resume Trip to BCHS (GO TO BED!)

• (Approx) 10:30pm- Arrive at BCHS
