This is your weekly MUSIC DEPARTMENT update!
Hello Folks!
IT’S A GAME WEEK! This home game is vs. Mandarin HS. Call time is 4:30pm at the High School. Please come dressed in your band shirt and jeans. If the weather is good to us this week, we will march the full show. If not, we will only march movements 1 and 2. Continued lightning rehearsals may result in a called rehearsal on Saturday, October 2nd so that we may stand a shot at finishing putting down our show and having our full product ready for competition. We will talk more about this in class/ at rehearsal.
Regarding the Fair Concession Booth— Band Parents and Students, I am so proud of you! Through your efforts, time spent, and hard work, our fair concession stand has yielded never before seen profits!! This year, I can proudly say that the fair Concession Stand has earned $10,783.74!!! 😱 Our marching show is paid off, and we have a great buffer of excess funding now! And I'd also like to throw in another honorable mention to all those who helped us cover both bases on Friday night! That teamwork was impeccable! This is what happens when our band family operates as a unit and we get investment from our amazing constituents! Thank you so much for your hard work!
