This is your weekly MUSIC DEPARTMENT update!
Hello Folks!
IT'S FFCC Championship WEEK!
Congratulations on your performance at Marching MPA this weekend!
You made history! This is the first time you've earned Straight A's at Marching MPA in my time here! This is a significant accomplishment! Thank you for making my Tenth Marching MPA as your director special!
This Saturday is State FFCC Championship Day, which means we'll aiming to push our performance as much as possible so we can be competitive!
Weekly Walkthrough
Monday, BCHS Hosts the District 4 FBA Meeting at 6pm in the Library. There is also an interest meeting for Winterguard at 6pm in the Band Room!
Tuesday, there is a Woodwind Sectional from 2:45pm to 3:30pm. We also have an After School Rehearsal from 4pm to 6pm.
Wednesday, there are no activities scheduled.
Thursday, we have an After School Rehearsal from 4pm to 6pm.
Friday, today is Band Picture Day during school. Please don't miss today, as there will be NO MAKEUP DAYS!
Saturday, we have State FFCC Outdoor Championships. The itinerary can be found HERE!

Things to Note 🎵:
North Florida Honor Band
Materials for North Florida Honor Band are now available and can be found HERE!
Members of the Wind Ensemble are required to audition.
Symphonic Band members and Percussionists are also encouraged to audition but are not required to do so.
NFHB Recording Day is on November 18th. Recordings will not be redone (due to time). Mr. Moore reserves the right to not send off a recording that shows lack of adequate preparation.

Birthday Announcements!
By the way, I base birthday announcements on what I can see on the Band App, so if you would like to be recognized for your birthday on the weekly announcements, please make sure your Birthday is set to PUBLIC on the Band App. To do this: Go to our Band App> Settings (Cog on Bottom Right)> Set Profile> Show My Birthday> Anyone)
