Band Booster Annual "Cheryl Brown" Summer Music Scholarship!
To Honor former BCHS Band Director Cheryl Brown, the Baker County Band Boosters selects one (1) BCHS Band student to receive a one-time $150 scholarship and one (1) BCMS Band student to receive a one-time $100 scholarship to attend a summer music camp of their choice. For the 2023-2024 school year, selection will be based on points awarded for an essay written by the student applying for the scholarship and a director’s recommendation. In the future, the BCBB board may have additional points awarded for a North Florida Honor Band Audition, an All-State Audition, and/or participation in Solo and Ensemble Competition.
