BCHS Christmas Concert 2025: Ten Years of Christmas
Welcome!
Thank you for joining us during our Christmas Program! The music you hear today is the culmination of weeks and months of work by our Band Students.
The title of this concert is "Ten Years of Christmas" because this year, Mr. Moore is celebrating his Tenth year of teaching at Baker County High School!
At the end, we will finish our concert program with our annual holiday tradition of playing A Christmas Festival by Leroy Anderson with combined band including our Alumni!

A Christmas Festival Lyrics
Please sing along with us!
Joy to the world, the Lord is Come
Let earth receive her King.
Let ev’ry heart prepare him room,
and heav’n and nature sing,
and heav’n and nature sing,
and heav’n and heaven and nature sing.
Deck the hall with boughs of holly.
Fa la la la la la la la la.
‘Tis the season to be jolly.
Fa la la la la la la la la.
Don we now our gay apparel
Fa la la la la la la la la.
Toll the ancient yuletide carol.
Fa la la la la la la la la.
God rest ye merry gentlemen;
let nothing you dismay.
Remember, Christ our savior
was born on Christmas day
to save us all from Satan’s pow’r
when we were gone astray.
Oh, tidings of comfort and joy,
comfort and joy. Oh,
tidings of comfort and joy.
Hark! The herald angels sing,
“Glory to the newborn King;
peace on earth and mercy mild
God and sinners reconciled!”
Joyful all ye nations rise,
join the triumph of the skies;
with angelic hosts proclaim,
“Christ is born in Bethlehem!”
Hark! The herald angels sing,
“Glory to the newborn King.”
Silent night, holy night
all is calm, all is bright
‘round yon Virgin
mother and child.
Holy infant so tender and mild,
sleep in heavenly peace,
sleep in heavenly peace.
Dashing through the snow
in a one horse open sleigh
o’er the fields we go
laughing all the way: “Ha, ha ha!”
Bells on bobtail ring,
making spirits bright; what fun it is to ride and sing
a sleighing song tonight. Oh,
jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way;
Oh what fun it is to ride in a one horse open sleigh, hey!
Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way;
Oh what fun it is to ride in a one horse open sleigh!
Glory to God;
Glory in the highest! Oh,
come let us adore him. Oh,
come let us adore him. Oh,
come let us adore him,
Christ the Lord!
